Terms of Service
The service is provided by BlueWhale Stack Consulting and Technologies Pvt Ltd under Indian law, with exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai.
You pay for what you use at the published INR rates plus GST. Compute bills per second after the first minute; the monthly rate is a cap.
You are responsible for what you run and for your account credentials. We may suspend workloads that break the Acceptable Use Policy after notice, or immediately where the law requires.
Either side can terminate with 30 days’ notice. On closure your data is exportable for 30 days, then cryptographically erased.
Privacy Policy
We collect what onboarding and billing require: KYC records (retained five years after closure, as the CERT-In Directions require of Indian cloud providers), billing details and usage telemetry.
Customer content is processed only to operate the service — never for advertising, profiling or model training.
All personal data for Indian customers is stored and processed in Indian regions.
Data-subject requests go to privacy@bluewhalestack.cloud and are answered within the statutory window of the DPDP Act 2023.
Service Level Agreement

Miss the SLA and the service credit is applied automatically to your next invoice — you do not have to claim it.
Credits scale from 10% (below target) to 100% (below 95% monthly availability) of the affected service’s monthly charge.
Scheduled maintenance is announced 7 days ahead and excluded; emergency security maintenance is not excluded.
Data Processing Agreement
For personal data you place on the platform, we act as Data Processor and you as Data Fiduciary under the DPDP Act 2023.
Sub-processors are listed publicly and changes are notified 30 days ahead; all sub-processing for Indian regions stays in India.
Personal-data breaches are notified to you without undue delay with the forensic detail your own notification requires.
On termination, data is erased within 30 days and a certificate of destruction issued on request.
Acceptable Use Policy
No unlawful content, no malware distribution, no attacks on third parties, no spam origination.
CPU-mining, carding and bulletproof-hosting patterns are suspended on detection.
Security research against your own resources is welcome; against ours, use the coordinated disclosure process at security@bluewhalestack.cloud.
Vendor marks identify supported platforms; no partnership or endorsement is implied.
